Ally Auto has a new home. Here’s how to make the most of the experience.

1. Switch to the new experience.

Mobile app setup.

First, log in as usual. Then, we’ll direct you to open the right mobile app, or download it if you haven’t already. Last up is a one-time security code setup — to verify your identity, we’ll send a code to your phone if we detect a login attempt from an unfamiliar device. Let us know the best number to send the code to — you can make changes anytime.

Go here if your screens look different.

2. After you’ve set up your new login info,

Scan the QR Code to access your app store.

Start using the right mobile app and delete the old one.

To find your FICO® Auto score:

Good news: it’s even easier now! It’s right here, at the bottom of your Vehicle Details page:

It means you have more than one account with us. Here’s how you switch to the new experience.

Mobile setup.

From our Banking & Investing app:

First, log in as usual. Then, we’ll ask you to link your accounts so you can easily access them all from one app — do it by entering your Ally Auto login info and selecting continue. Once you’re linked, review your login and contact info. After selecting Continue, you can edit it on the Profile screen at any time.

Now that your accounts are linked, you don’t need your separate Ally Auto login info anymore. Use one username and password to access all your accounts.

From our Auto app:

First, log in as usual. Then, we’ll ask you to link your accounts so you can easily access them all from one app — we’ll help you get there. Log into the new app with your Ally Bank, Invest, Home, or Credit Card login info — and you’re linked! Review your login and contact info — you can edit any of it after continuing. 

Now that your accounts are linked, you don’t need your separate Ally Auto login info anymore. Use one username and password to access all your accounts.
