Note that when we have your mobile number and consent, we may send you some text messages automatically. For example, if there's an urgent issue with your account or you've set up a form of payment assistance, we may send you text alerts about those activities. We send these on a case-by-case basis, so you won't be able to pick and choose from Alerts.
